Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method (air or sea), and the total weight or volume of the order.

Local Deliveries (within the UAE):
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on location and courier availability. -
International Deliveries:

Air Shipping: Usually 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Future Medical is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments after they have been dispatched. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if necessary
